Refund Policy

At Dr. Sumathi’s Official Website (https://drsumathi.com/), we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or registering for a webinar/workshop.


1. Webinar/Workshop Registrations

All payments made for webinar/workshop registrations are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • Event Cancellation: If the webinar/workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future session.

  • Technical Failure on Our End: If the webinar/workshop fails to take place due to technical issues from our side and cannot be rescheduled, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Note: No refund will be issued for missed attendance or inability to join due to the participant’s technical difficulties or scheduling conflicts.


2. Consultation or Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellations by You: If you cancel your scheduled session at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a reschedule or a full refund.

  • No-shows or Late Cancellations: If you miss the session or cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.


3. Digital Products (if applicable)

Due to the nature of digital downloads (eBooks, recorded content, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.


4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
